Campkart (Marwah Hypermarket LLC) Credit Facility Terms & Conditions
By applying for and utilizing the Campkart (Marwah Hypermarket LLC) credit facility, you (the “Customer”) agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before accepting.
- Credit Eligibility
- Credit is available only to employees of select companies with verified and consistent monthly salary credits.
- To qualify, customers must place at least 10 orders or spend a minimum of AED 300 monthly.
- Customers without a verified Wage Protection System (WPS) or an equivalent approved payroll system are not eligible for credit.
- Credit Limit
- The maximum credit limit is AED 400. Exceeding this limit will prevent further credit purchases until the outstanding balance is cleared.
- Monthly Direct Debit
- By using the credit facility, customers consent to a monthly direct debit of the outstanding credit balance.
- Direct debit will be scheduled based on the salary credit date provided by the customer to Campkart (Marwah Hypermarket LLC).
- If the outstanding balance is paid in cash before the deduction date, the scheduled direct debit will be canceled.
- Payment Terms
- Credit balances are due within 10 days after the salary credit date, providing up to 30 days of credit.
- A late payment fee of AED 12 will be applied to balances that remain unpaid after this period.
- Credit services will be suspended if payment is delayed beyond 50 days, requiring reapplication for credit, subject to administrative review.
- Credit Usage
- Credit usage is intended for regular, diverse purchases from Campkart (Marwah Hypermarket LLC). Selective or single-product purchases (e.g., purchasing only rice) may lead to credit suspension after two months of limited purchasing variety.
- Customers will be notified and advised to diversify their purchases to retain credit access.
- Credit Fee
- A 3% service fee is charged on each credit purchase and will be included in the final invoice at the end of each billing cycle as a credit handling fee.
- Consequences of Non-Payment
- Accounts with outstanding balances unpaid for over 50 days will be marked as overdue, resulting in credit suspension.
- Continued non-payment may result in permanent loss of credit privileges.
- Updates to Payment Information
- Customers must promptly update any changes in payment information, including salary credit dates, bank, or card details, in the Campkart (Marwah Hypermarket LLC) app.
- Failure to update these details may lead to unsuccessful direct debits and possible suspension of services.
- Notifications and Reminders
- Campkart (Marwah Hypermarket LLC) will provide payment reminders and notifications through app alerts or WhatsApp messages. Customers are responsible for ensuring they monitor these reminders and maintain adequate funds for direct debits.
- Termination of Credit Facility
- Campkart (Marwah Hypermarket LLC) reserves the right to terminate credit facilities for non-compliance with payment terms, misuse of services, or exceeding the credit limit.
- Customers may request account closure at any time, provided all outstanding balances are cleared.
- Amendments to Terms
- Campkart (Marwah Hypermarket LLC) may amend these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of changes via app, WhatsApp, or email, and continued use of the credit facility implies acceptance of the revised terms.
Return Policy
- Customers who wish to return an item must do so by handing it back to the delivery representative on the next delivery or within a maximum of 2 days from the purchase date, accompanied by the original purchase bill.
- For customers using the credit facility, the value of returned items will be credited toward their outstanding balance, reducing their total due amount accordingly.
